I greatly appreciated his help, until recently.
The kindness and generosity with which he offered his assistance will remain an example for me.

Like all of you, I’m saddened to hear of Simon’s passing. I had the chance to interact with him in the past about his marvelous EWS server, and I once proposed an Alire package to him. His responses were always thoughtful and kind.
His many contributions on Stack Overflow were consistently helpful, clear, and deeply appreciated by the Ada community.
My sincere condolences to his family.

I am shocked by the news of Simon’s passing. I will miss Simon, he was an example of tenacity to keep Ada alive on macOS.
He was always helpful and encouraging.

Wow! I just found this out. Its shocking and sad! He was a kind hearted person who was eager to help others. It really makes you reevaluate what’s important in life. He will be missed. Please offer my condolences to his loved ones. Rest in peace…
