Ada support for Gentoo

I’ve sent in a patch to the gentoo-dev ml to add at least, basic GNAT support to Gentoo.

This will likely be the last time I try to get Ada in Gentoo, I’ve tried before, there’s always some issue and this time is no different, demands I can’t meet, see the thread.

I tried their GNAT more than a year ago, when they added ada flag to toolchain.eclass and it worked well. I don’t use Gentoo (unfortunately?).

Theirs is just an old gnat-gpl.
