Software development is changing, I see a future where people work on their own projects and are funded by those who use it (wishful thinking). I want to create a list of places people can get funding for their projects.

It would be great if the likes of Google not only payed for exploit fixes (bug bounties) but also payed to replace vulnerable code with a version in a safer language. I guess performance differences might be an issue.
